The location is absolutely perfect, with restaurants, shopping, food places, gas stations, and Walmart within walking distance. The room is updated and modern, very clean everywhere, and with good lighting.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit because it provides a meeting room that accommodates up to 30 conference guests. The 24-hour business center was very convenient, offering free printing, copying, and faxing services. Additionally, the express check-in and check-out made my stay efficient, and I also took advantage of the 24-hour gym.

The only service I missed for my work was an in-house catering option for meetings and events.

I had a nice stay for the holidays. The location of the hotel was marvelous, and it was a great place to visit Shreveport's major attractions. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus. The venue was in a great area, and the airport was only 0.5 miles away.
